We operate state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities centred on a variety of contained environments offering different levels of cleanliness, controlled by high-efficiency air filtration and classified by their nominal levels of airborne contamination.
We maintain seven cleanrooms to internationally-recognised standards, suitable for invasive medical devices as well as less rigorous applications.

We process components and finished products within a variety of ISO 4,5,6 & 7 cGMP compliant, validated cleanroom environments. Our wide range of services include product design, prototyping, validation, injection moulding, precision cleaning, inspection, testing, filling, assembly, packaging and sterilisation.
